The Fall Continues… and this time, it’s sweeter!!

We’re thrilled to unveil the second chapter in our Forbidden Eden trilogy — a wild ale born from patience, oak, and the bold choice to keep exploring what lies beyond paradise.

This release is a special collaboration with our brothers from Södermanlands ,Sweden —the cool guys from "Munklägrets" — masters of luscious, vibrant Swedish spontaneous fermented ales and not only !!!!
Together, we crafted this blend to celebrate the natural elegance of fruit and the soul of wild fermentation.

After 18 months resting in oak barrels, the beer was refermented with sun-soaked Greek peaches and infused with Madagascar vanilla, creating a soft, golden brew layered with gentle sweetness, creamy depth, and a serene wild character!!!

This isn’t about returning to Eden — it’s about finding beauty in the exile!!
Wild, smooth, and unapologetically indulgent.

It’s Been Five Years Since Our First Wild Ale… and We’re Beyond Stoked to Finally Unveil the New Chapter of Our Wild Ale Journey!

"The Forbidden Eden" Trilogy!!
A Journey of Time, Oak, and Fruit!

At 7 Island Brewery, we believe that every great creation takes time. Our newest offering, Forbidden Eden, is a trilogy of wild and mixed fermentation ales that embodies our commitment to craftsmanship, artistry, and nature. Each beer in this series is a celebration of the deep connection between wild yeast, oak barrels, and the fruits that grow under the watchful eyes of the seasons.

Crafted with a reverence for tradition, we allowed these ales to mature for 18 months in oak barrels, where the natural microflora slowly transformed each batch into a unique expression of time and place. As the beers aged, the oak barrels imparted subtle layers of complexity and depth, and the wild yeast developed its characteristic tang, bringing these brews to life.
But the true magic of Forbidden Eden lies in the final step of their creation: the addition of carefully selected fruits. For an additional 6 months, we rested each beer with a distinct combination of handpicked fruits, drawing out the natural vibrancy and terroir of each ingredient. The result is a beer that is more than just a drink — it’s a piece of wild art, born of the land, the craft, and the passion of our brewers.
The first release in the Forbidden Eden series features a stunning blend of Wild Cherries and Blueberries, creating a deep ruby-colored ale that is as visually striking as it is flavorful. The tart cherries and sweet blueberries meld together perfectly with the ale’s vinous acidity, resulting in a harmonious, complex brew that dances across the palate with every sip.
Each bottle of Forbidden Eden tells a story of patience, artistry, and the pursuit of perfection. These aren’t just beers; they’re reflections of time itself — waiting, aging, evolving, and finally emerging as a work of art in a bottle.
